Before joining Innova in 2008 Anna Grabowska spent several years working as an in-house lawyer for ING Bank and Bank Zachodni WBK (member of AIB Group). She dealt with legal aspects of corporate banking, syndicated loans, LBO financing and custody issues.
Mrs. Grabowska graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University. In 2004 she qualified as a legal advisor at Warsaw Legal Advisors’ Bar.
