Beata Kawęcka

Beata Kawęcka as HR and Administration Manager is responsible for administration and recruitment of personnel. She is in charge of overseeing corporate affairs, office administration, management of personnel, trainings, occupational safety and corporate communications. Beata joined Innova in 2006 as an Assistant to Steven Buckley.

Ms Kawecka holds Bachelor Degree in Marketing & Management. She has also obtained Diploma in HR Management from Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw.
