To support them, Innova has partnered with similar “top-tier” private equity players in a Global Alliance. We aspire to be the first mid-market players that can offer our portfolio companies truly global reach.

- Market Access: We have 43 Partners and their associated networks across six geographic regions. This local market knowledge can support the international growth of our portfolio companies whether organic or via acquisition.
- Experience: We collectively have 430 years of business-building experience, a five-times multiple of the typical mid-market player. In an experience-driven business, this can materially influence our success and that of our portfolio companies.
- Firepower: Alliance members have € 2.2 bn in combined equity in our most recent funds, drawn from over 200 institutional investors. We have the firepower to grow larger cross-border opportunities, through co-investment with Alliance members.
